Questions families ask us
What exactly do our guests receive?
One link on WhatsApp that opens your invitation page, with the programme, directions, RSVP and contributions. The Invitation Kit is the images only, without the page.
What about elders who don't use smartphones?
Many families send the link to most guests and print a few cards for the elders. We can add a QR code to those cards that opens your page.
How is the visiting side invited?
They get their own link to share with their guests. Their replies show on a separate list, so you know who is coming from each side.
Where does the contribution money go?
Straight to the MoMo or Airtel numbers your family chooses. Kundable never handles your contributions.
Can we change details after sending?
Yes. Times, venue and programme changes are free until your event, and the same link updates for everyone.
How long does it take?
Your first proof comes in 2, 4 or 7 working days depending on the package, once we have all your details. Express is 48 hours.
Can it be in our own language?
Yes. We write in English, Luganda and Runyankole, and can work with your own translation for other languages. Add a second language and guests can switch between two.
How is this different from a physical card?
A printed card can only show the basics, and it has to be reprinted if anything changes. Your Kundable page reaches every guest instantly, answers their questions, collects RSVPs and tracks contributions, and we update it free until your event.
How long does the page stay online?
Until 30 days after your event. With the After-Event Page, it becomes your thank-you and photo page.
How do we pay?
By MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money. 50% reserves your date; the balance is paid before your link goes out.
Do you work with committees?
Yes. The Committee Kit includes a pledge card, a contribution tracker and reminder e-cards, and can be ordered before the invitation.
